Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Hali packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective wraps are included.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
